  This is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in!! My husband and I lived here for two years with our pets (cat+dog) and could not have had a better experience. The apartments are brand new with a very modern design including even 'gallery' tier appliances. The hallways feel like you're walking through a high-end hotel! Our neighbors were all very kind and the front desk and maintenance staff know each resident by name and consistently went above and beyond to help with anything. Best of all, the location is absolutely unbeatable -- walking distance to all of Scott's Addition's restaurants and bars but still in an area where you or your friends visiting can still find parking. If we didn't have to move to a different state for work, we absolutely would have signed for even longer at 1510 Belleville. We miss it here already! I truly cannot recommend it enough!

  Don't live on the back side of the building. The trains are 24/7 very loud, at least 50+ a day. The sound insulation does not help

  This overall is a great place! The area is unbeatable, almost everything is clean and taken care of. The only tiny things that you may or may not care about is sound leaks between the hallway and rooms so in the hall you can hear barking or talking and in the room you can hear hallway sounds from the living room. Not super bad. The train side (opposite the street) can be disturbing, especially at inconvenient hours of the night/morning so try not to face that side.
