  I really enjoyed living at 1510 Belleville. The apartment was in great shape, the building was well maintained, and the location was fantastic. Hannah and Candice were both wonderful. They were always friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about taking care of the building and the residents. It made a big difference knowing that if something came up, it would be handled quickly. Another fun bonus was that some of the apartments and the common lounge have a great view of the stadium fireworks. Every time there was a game with fireworks, it felt like having your own private show! I'd definitely recommend living here!

  This is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in!! My husband and I lived here for two years with our pets (cat+dog) and could not have had a better experience. The apartments are brand new with a very modern design including even 'gallery' tier appliances. The hallways feel like you're walking through a high-end hotel! Our neighbors were all very kind and the front desk and maintenance staff know each resident by name and consistently went above and beyond to help with anything. Best of all, the location is absolutely unbeatable -- walking distance to all of Scott's Addition's restaurants and bars but still in an area where you or your friends visiting can still find parking. If we didn't have to move to a different state for work, we absolutely would have signed for even longer at 1510 Belleville. We miss it here already! I truly cannot recommend it enough!

  Management is fantastic. Monthly events. Clean. Safe. Great location. Spacious units. New build (2024). There is an active train that is loud for the units in the back - only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars.

  1510 Belleville is an amazing apartment complex! My unit is quiet and has top line appliances. The staff are all friendly and eager to help. Highly recommend!

  Such beautiful floor plans and amenity spaces. Spacious apartments with great storage. Dog friendly. And the team here is EXCEPTIONAL.
