  I was working with Chasette and she was very polite and professional. Showed me multiple units and was very knowledgeable about the application process. She was great to work with. The complex needed some work and wasnt as clean as I thought it should be. It has potential just not there yet.

  So far, my experience with Star Lofts has been with Samiri, who does maintenance at the complex. He has been so helpful in making me feel welcome, especially considering the leasing office was closed every time I went to talk to somebody about my application. I'm glad Samiri was there--Star Lofts wouldn't be the same without him. I hope management sees what a shining example of hard work and compassion he is. Samiri gets 5 stars. Star Lofts gets 4... hopefully the new management team gets things running smooth soon.

  I've applied and was approved. I had some question that I needed answered and 72 hours have passed and I got 1 inadequate response to my email the others were nit responded to. I went to the office it was closed. I see now that this may be what I would have to deal with.

  I am an active-duty U.S. Army service member looking for housing for my family. I scheduled three separate appointments to tour Star Lofts and was unable to view a single unit due to repeated miscommunication and lack of professionalism. Each time, I was told the AI assistant scheduled incorrectly or that the system had not been updated. Despite receiving text confirmations that units were available, staff repeatedly stated tours could not be conducted. On my final visit, I arrived for a scheduled appointment to find the leasing office locked while staff were inside. After waiting, I was told all appointments had been canceled without notice and that no one was available to give a tour. No solutions or alternatives were offered. This was a frustrating, unprofessional experience that wasted time and showed a clear lack of customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property and hope management addresses these issues for future renters.
