  ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES are horrible had to move they get in fridge in the bed shower u name it they are there. They do nothing about it. Make sure u view the apt before renting open cabinets and drawers look fir little spots. It's is really really bad since new owners took over.

  Im leaving this review because it just hasn't sat right with me since Thursday, June 11th. I came through the front doors overheard a woman SCREAMING at the wonderful ladies in the office, i stayed near the mailboxes incase they needed help because it sounded like things were going to become pysical and i know there's only women in that office. i dont know who this woman was i dont think ive ever seen her around here before, but she looked like someone from management i guess, definitely not a someone who lives here. I just have to say these women that have been here in the office these last few months are the ONLY ones we have seen who actually seem to care about our community and bettering it, and it breaks my heart to hear what I assume is their boss treating them that way. I hope whoever runs this company has been made aware by someone other than me about this woman because no person deserves to get treated that way by someone

  They never answer the phone — I’ve called like 4 times this week. I understand they have other tenants, but I’ve already been approved and still haven’t heard anything back, even after emailing 🤦🏽‍♀️

  Since I moved into this apartment and from DAY ONE the A/C has not worked properly. It was reported immediately after move-in and over a month later the issue is still not fixed despite multiple maintenance requests, emails, and promises that it would be handled. Indoor temperatures have remained over 80 degrees while the thermostat is set to 60. What makes this even worse is that work orders were canceled without the repair actually being completed. Management is quick to send notices and charge random fees, but basic habitability issues and multiple amenities continue to go unresolved. At this point I will be escalating the matter through the court. DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you are prepared to deal with ignored maintenance issues and poor management response.

  Perry street lofts Is the absolute worst place to live ! The elevator only works half the time and I live on the 4th floor. The hallways, stairwells, and gym are dirty and smelly. The leasing office is trash. The door is always shut and they won’t answer no matter how hard you bang on the door. The ladies in there are extremely unhelpful and rude except for the lady at the front desk. Maintenance is the worst. You can put in a claim and it’ll be weeks or months before they get to it. no matter the emergency. My roof has been leaking for a year and hasn’t been fixed yet. I pay every month for Amazon lockers and those have never work. Recently they said we aren’t allowed to have visitors in the parking lot. They will tow your car immediately but won’t address problems with your apartment. Since new management took over the property has completely gone to shit. Would NOT advise anyone to live here.
