  Hi my name is Natalia I just had a visit to the Perry Street Lofts. Amazing tour the place looks amazing, rooms are big and comfortable. I was greater by Monica very lovely person she explain everything very detailed about the utilities and everything that is included in the apartment complex. Definitely want to rent here.

  Living at Perry Street Lofts has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The building has ongoing pest issues, yet management does not properly spray or bring in pest control when needed. The management team is also extremely rude and unprofessional. They will sit in the office and ignore residents knocking at the door. They also charge fees for amenities that are either unavailable or do not work, such as lockers and reserved parking. The lockers have been broken for months with no resolution. On top of that, management entered my apartment without proper notice or communication. It was only discovered because it was caught on my Ring camera, and afterward I was told it was for “routine work,” even though no email, call, or warning was ever given. Overall, this has been a terrible experience, and new management is definitely needed. Since Gold Oller took over, conditions have only gotten worse. I truly wish they had never come.

  I had a tour today with Monica, and she was awesome! Definitely a nice and quiet place and seemed to be well upkept.

  Kenisha was incredible! Very professional and gave all the info I was seeking. Previous reviews detailed some of the challenges at Perry St but Kenisha definitely demonstrates the effort to make improvements. I’ll be working with her in the coming months to find the right apartment. Thank you Kenisha!
