I would not recommend moving into this apartment complex. It takes them forever to fix anything. for the amount of money that you pay to live there it is just not worth it. They also rent to people, knowing that they have a pest infestation. I believe that's illegal as hell. You cannot do that, but they do it anyway and want to play dumb and still have to fight to get them to come, treat your apartment for the bug infestation that was there before you ever even moved in. I'll just leave it at that. I could add to this post, with a whole lot more things that aren't positive, but i'm just gonna leave it at that I believe I said enough.

These apartments are not aging very well. They were built in the early 1990's and nothing has been replaced since they were first constructed. All of the appliances/cabinets are old and the units themselves are poorly insulated. Whoever painted the interiors must have been paid by the job and not by the hour because it looks like they just took a roller, put it in white paint and went to town. They painted over light switches, door knobs, door hinges (Which had to have taken some effort) Even the thermostat is caked over in paint. All of the above I could get over, but the biggest thing for me has been the air-conditioning unit. It's inefficient and just runs all day. The apartment will get cool, but the thermostat never thinks that the target temperature has been reached so it just runs 24/7 unless you physically turn it on and off. I live in a two bed/two bath and my electric bills are over $200 a month. I've complained to the staff about it and they said that it was normal, so unfortunately, I'm screwed until my lease is up. Do yourself a favor and pass on these apartments. The low rent and location might seem nice, but the age of the buildings and lack of care by the staff will quickly annoy you and end up costing you a lot more money in the long run. UPDATE: My heat straight up does not work. Not even an old mans cough worth of warm air will come through the vents. I ended up just buying a radiator from Home Depot though. UPDATE 06/23/2019: I figured I'd add how it was moving out of the apartments. I moved out about a year ago. I had tried contacting the office for about a week prior to my lease being up about extending it by a day so that I could move out over the course of a weekend. They never answered the phone. It wasn't until day of my lease being up that they called and left a message saying they would extend it, which by then I was already out because I did not hear back from her. They charged me for the extra day anyway. They also never did a final walk through with me when I was leaving and tried writing up a bunch of bogus things wrong with the apartment about a week after I was gone and sticking me with a $300 bill. Which is now bouncing around on my credit report because I refused to pay it since I was long gone and I figured $300 wasn't really worth having to get a lawyer over. It's been 1 year since moving out and I still stand by this review. The apartments are a dump and the staff are just lazy, bad people. Stay away from this place. UPDATE: 12/14/2023: Just a quick heads up. Be wary of all the positive reviews that are popping up for these apartments on here. They are from spoof accounts. My guess is the front office is doing it to balance out the bad ones.
