  Meridian Watermark is a great complex to choose as your residence. It’s spacious, clean, and a nice neighborhood. Sonya, the leasing office manager, has been a pleasure to work with from day one ! Very professional, personable, kind, and gets to the bottom of things. I had some issues when first trying to move in and she got everything squared away quickly! When there’s a maintenance issue, they get resolved quickly and efficiently. The maintenance manager Ty has also been a pleasure to work with since day one! He is very professional, personable and takes great pride in his work! He is a hard worker and is greatly appreciated! Also, Michael is a maintenance tech and he as well has been a pleasure to work with! He is also professional and personable! He also takes great pride in his work and is also a hard worker! Aaron was another maintenance tech I want to give his flowers too as well! Very professional and personable ! Hard worker ! I appreciate the team at Meridian Watermark. It’s not often you get a great leasing manager and maintenance workers who actually care. These individuals go above and beyond! At least in my experience. Thank you all and continue doing great work for your residents! We appreciate it!

  Avoid moving there......I filled out an application and decided I didn't wan to move there and they trying to get more application money from me. They are not reliable and never answer there phone.
