  Keira energy was everything, very knowledgeable, and patient with us while we touring the apartments. Any questions I had she would answer without hesitation. I would recommend these apartments.

  I’ve had a really positive experience living here so far. Mary in the leasing office is amazing—she’s always kind, responsive, and goes out of her way to help get things taken care of, which I truly appreciate. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, which makes a big difference day to day. It’s not a luxury or newly renovated complex, but it’s comfortable and, honestly, very affordable—especially with how expensive everything is right now. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I’m grateful for the support from the leasing team.

  I toured four different apartment communities the day I visited Cloverleaf Lake, and by the time I arrived, I was completely exhausted. The tour wasn’t even for me it was for a client, yet Cloverleaf Lake ended up being the best experience of the day, without a doubt. I truly saved the best for last without even meaning to. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by both ladies in the leasing office. Even though I arrived 30 minutes early, they were more than accommodating. Despite not being a resident, I was treated with outstanding hospitality and was even invited to Donut Day, which I fully plan on attending! The property itself is beautiful, and the apartments are spacious and well laid out. I genuinely couldn’t find anything negative to say. Because of how well I was treated, I confidently recommended Cloverleaf Lake to my client, who completed an application right away. Within 48 hours, everything was approved and ready for move-in. I truly appreciate the leasing staff for making me feel welcomed, respected, and at home. I highly recommend Cloverleaf Lake to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live.
