  I’ve lived here for 4 years and have enjoyed my stay! Maintenance is always responsive for any issues within a timely manner and amenities are always well kept and upheld. Any issues reported by myself or neighbors are always taken seriously and are frequently updated by the complex. Complex is quiet and very family oriented!

  If you’re looking to schedule a tour and view apartments please reconsider. A tour was scheduled and confirmed days in advance. After traveling hours from my home state to tour this community no tour was provided neither was ANY information in regard to the property. I called the number provided to get into the building and the agent (don’t remember the name) was extremely rude. My fiancé did mention the correct pronunciation of his name over 5 times in a 5 minute conversation. The agent never once pronounced his name correctly no matter how many times my fiancée corrected the simple individual. Extremely rude and unprofessional company and I would HATE to see how the actual management is after just this experience.

  Clubhouse has been broken into and inhabited by homeless people on a regular basis. All of the pool equipment is broken (chairs umbrellas etc) and people that do not live here constantly sneak in and tear the place up. the trash is constantly overflowing and not taken care of and management does nothing about it. Parking is overtaken by people not living here although it seems there is assigned parking there is not and many HOMEOWNERS have no where to park but the apartments charge for leases to park under the apartments and they choose not to and take up all of the townhomes (homeowners) parking. Terrible management would not recommend.

  I lived here for three years, and enjoyed the time. The neighborhood is generally quiet and friendly, the facilities are clean, and I loved the view and living next to the water. Maintenance was also responsive and helpful, although I fortunately didn't have many issues at all.
