  Living here has been a great experience so far. The property is always clean, the staff is friendly, and maintenance responds quickly whenever needed. The location is also super convenient.

  Horrible management, the dog daycare is louder than you could possibly think and they leave dog shit in the elevators

  Con: 1. Garage. My car was broken into, and the criminal attempted to hotwire my car. They broke everything below the steering wheel, and the window wiper signaling on the right side. They always say they will fix the garage entrance, but they have not fixed it since like October. If it is ok to have your car broken into once in a while and possibly have your car stolen after paying 50 dollars for parking every month, I guess this place can be an option. (Really, look for somewhere else) 2. Apartment shakes for no reason about every hour or so for about 20 minutes. Sometimes, it continuously shakes for 1 entire hour. It is really disturbing, and it happens so often that it is difficult to fall asleep. Some days when it is so bad, the shake wakes me up at like 4am. I asked why it happens, and the manager said it is just how the apartment is built with no other explanation. They recommended me to buy some kind of sleeping app and did not take my concern very seriously. Pretty much, it was inferred that they will not even look into what the cause is. There will never be a solution to this problem. I was very disappointed when I even mentioned that I could not sleep, they just completely did not even bother to look into this issue. 3. Loud neighborhood. Between Friday to weekend, people outside are very loud because there is a bar nearby. If sleep is important to you, I would not recommend here. 4. Thin wall. The walls are so thin that I could hear my next-door neighbor making love and what they are doing this weekend. Also, the stomping from your upstairs neighbor will never end. When you take a tour of the apartment, you will realize that each unit is very close to each other, which indicates that you could pretty much listen to everything. 5. Dog barking. If you wake up before 6am and go to work, this should not be a problem. I personally don't even use my alarm anymore because the dogs wake me up between 6am - 6:30am. Pro: 1. Gym is alright. 2. CVS is close by.
