The lobby looks clean, but it smells bad and that’s the best part about the building. The people look sketchy. The unit that they let you self tour smells good but it looks horrible. It still looks like it’s stuck in the 70s. Therefore I don’t even wanna see a two bedroom. When I was getting on the elevator, people don’t have control of their dogs and that there makes me not wanna live there as well. I would run very far away from this place

Besides the rent increasing almost $200-$300 over a year, there is a ton of little aggravations over the past 15 month living here. The parking lot floods constantly. There is a never ending roach infestation no matter how much I clean my apartment. I'm pretty sure there are at least 2-3 cars that get broken into in 1 week. You have to pay for laundry. The management seems to switch every 4-6 months. This may be just my apartment, but the renovations were done carelessly. I had to wait 2 weeks for my appliances to be installed at 7:30pm with no notification that they were coming. The renovators had cut the COAX cable for my internet and didn't fix it. The windows of my apartment fell of the tracks and shattered in my living room. They put a temporary window in, but I cannot open them. Anyways, there is a bunch more aggravations that I won't list here. Residents are nice and location is decent, but it is hard to enjoy living in a place where everything else is a nuisance. I would look for somewhere else to live.
