  When I first moved in , my refrigerator and oven were sitting in the living room. I called the office to ask if perhaps I had the wrong apartment and the woman very rudely said someone would be there and hung up. The man came to fix it and meanwhile realized the heat system was also down. While he was working on that I pointed out to him that the stove top peices weren't hooked up and were the wrong size. He didn't fix them. Over the next several days I noticed much more wrong with the apartment. My refrigerator has no handles, I have to stick my fingers into the gasket to open it . The cabinets have holes that I had to cover myself in fear a rat might climb through. Speaking of the cabinets most of the drawers are falling off. The bathroom door looks like someone kicked it in. There is a whole in my bedroom wall and bathroom wall. There's plenty more but I don't feel like going on. Anyway I called the office about 4 times and everytime the stupid answering service picked up and told me that there was nothing they could do but leave a message. I don't know how many times they left messages but nothing was getting fixed. Finally I went to the office with the list of everything that was wrong, and the woman lied to me and told me they would come fix it that day and even tricked me into having signed a paper saying the apartment came in decent condition. They fixed one cabinet and the stove. The other cabinets are falling apart and there still are no handles on my refrigerator. This apartment is atrocious and dirty I had to deep clean it the day I moved in it was like the people who lived here before me moved out the morning I moved in. The water pressure in the shower doesn't work so I can only take baths. I'm embarrassed to invited guests over because the apartment is so dirty no matter how much I clean it I can't disguise all the broken and cracked up stuff . Not to mention my neighbors upstairs who blast music 24/7 and the train that keeps me up all night. Went to pay my rent and again brought all this to their attention , it's been a week and nothing happened. I gave up. Do not move here unless you have no choice
