  My son recently moved into these apartments and I truly wish we'd done more research because the first apartment they put him in was rampant with cockroaches. They spray but it was still truly bad. The second apartment is better but the buildings reak of mildew, especially in the hall. We have been trying to reach someone in the office, and this is not the first time, NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. Nor is anyone ever in the office. Tanya is very nice and sweet but sometimes that doesn't help, especially when you can NEVER speak to anyone. Do better and answer the phones or return phone calls. I know your team reads these reviews so PLEASE for the live of GOD, please call me at the number you have listed asap! Additionally, I would like the contact information for the owner.

  Beautiful, quiet area but there is distressing activity right around the corner. Stay in at night

  The ladies in the office is awesome! The apartment is rather small but it is just me so it is cool! I love how Tenika (I am sure I misspelled her name) put me beside the laundry room and the pool because she said I can relax or sit at the picnic table and read. She took in consideration about my personality! It has never been a time when I had a concern and they did not fix it! I have no complaint! Sophia the office manager is great too! The apartments are right at wards corner and everything you need is here! Shopping, thirft stores, take out! I appreciate my little cozy apartment 😃 oh! And I think it is great that the office is open 7days a week! I mean who does that? They also passed out water when we had the hurricane. So nice 🤗
