  Riverhouse is a little oasis in the middle of Norfolk. I’ve lived here a little over a year, and it has been nothing short of amazing. I love how safe it feels here. Having two teens how walk our dog often, feeling safe was important. The views are beautiful from the clubhouse and pool, as well as our apartment, being next to the water and wildlife is a favorite. Stephanie, is amazing. She goes above and beyond for her tenants. Maintenance is amazing also. Anything we’ve ever needed addressed is done so in fast manner and it’s done properly. It truly feels like a big family. I have to say my family and I are incredibly blessed to be here.

  Its a beautiful complex and amenities. Once I get some things settled in Florida, and if I move up here, this is where I'm hoping to stay.

  Lived here for 1 year and only moved to because we wanted to be in a different location. We never had any problems at all with our unit and the staff was always so kind. The pool here is BEAUTIFUL and I did use the gym quite often which may be the only thing that could use some improvements. Move out was also really great and they did not try to hit us with any crazy charges, everything in our itemized bill made sense and we got a large portion of our deposit back. Overall, it was the best apartment complex I have ever lived in and will continue to recommend it to people!

  Lovely place and huge thanks to agent Beth for making the setup process seamless with her depth of knowledge, kindness and most importantly her patience! They were very quick with their reply’s to my question's and even recommended helpful places if she did not have the resources! Thank you!

  Beth did an incredible job showing the units and the community-very kind and knowledgeable as well as welcoming and helpful. Every step of the way from the tour to application was seamless and easy.
