  I give zero star of this apartment…Currently I live in this apartment and my AC is not working last 1 week we suffering from this hot weather and my husband call 4 to 5 times and nobody come to fix the AC you know now my house temperature is 101 hot and 2 days my husband reach out the management office and manger say “someone free then they come” are you crazy AC is not working in this hot weather and you say someone come whenever they have time I will say to the guy can you come my house to feel this crazy hot temperature of house…. Last summer we face this same situation 3 weeks….

  AC doesn’t work at my apartment I called them plenty of time no body will answer phone call and I see them office twice no respond it’s 117° inside so disappoint in maintenance services

  I've been living at my residence here for 15 years now. Had a lot of ups and downs over the years and in past years just couldn't get follow through with maintenance issues,etc II recently had a roofing issue that resulted in my unit getting badly damaged. A maintenance person named Bryant was there right away for the emergency call respectfully and the property manager Kelly handled my situation swiftly, promptly and respectfully and I was moved to a new unit.
