  As I have been looking at apartment communities, I have been so impressed by what I have experienced just in the initial touring! Catrice gave us a wonderful tour of the community and amenities, she took her time with us to answer questions, and as we left, she made us feel like we were becoming part of the community and family in such a natural way! I will also note, the building felt clean and welcoming, light and airy, and the people living there who we met were friendly! I was impressed! 🥰

  Definitely 5 star, very responsive had my showerhead changed for me within a matter of a couple hours of putting a request in.

  4 years living in a nice place to be peaceful, no noise day or night, the staff is amazing starting with the manager, anything broke , no problem in a blink of the eye is fixed at not extra cost , safe clean we have everything around to make life easy ,Military base ,supermarket, pizza all kind of restaurants around, fitness center in the building pool club house biggest tv in the clubhouse to watching sport or anything ,pool table poker or games table room for private meetings, mail room place to shower your pet bike storage storage for the extra things wow everything you need in the building and lots business around few minutes from the beauty of the beach if you have a boat or yatch is a marina next to here . Tenants are cool people. Nothing can be perfect but in this place 99% is like that. We love it here if your budget allow you to live here you will enjoy it the price ir right come on down.
