  Fusion has amazing amenities and features but I specifically want to highlight the staff. I have had nothing but a good experience! The other night it was storming pretty bad and I was parked across the street and was a little nervous about walking back in the weather. Terrell one of the maintenance personnel, was kind enough to walk me back to my car to make sure I got there safely. They genuinely care about the building and its residents!!

  Lived at the fusion for over a year, and it has its good and bad. It has its pros and cons like anywhere but this is what I’ve noticed if it’s helpful! Pros: After the change from the old leasing agency to the current, things settled down and the staff is great. Apartments are new and modern, with working amenities throughout the building. Maintenance is helpful and regular, and has responded quickly in the past. Frequent community events which are a fun time! In a pretty area which is a short walk to downtown Norfolk! Lots to do and Ghent is very pretty to walk through. Cons: The ABC store and 7/11 are not always the safest areas to be. Just to be kept in mind, it is a downtown area. The area floods badly. It’s happened several times (5+ minimum) that the street floods where that multiple sedans flood out during that time (the intersection by the 7/11 is the worst affected) It even took out a full size truck outside my window a few months back. The garage, common areas, and elevators can flood at the same time. It is cleaned up and aired out quickly however. Garage is tight Most pickup trucks do not fit well.

  Gate does not work. Anyone can come in and out including strangers. Yet to be fixed been here well over a month.

  I’ve had a really positive impression of Fusion Apartment Complex. From everything I’ve seen, the community looks clean, modern, and well taken care of. The property has a great overall vibe, and the layout and design of the apartments seem very thoughtfully done. The amenities and common areas appear to be well-maintained, and the location is definitely a plus with convenient access to nearby shopping, dining, and major roads. It also seems like a place that prioritizes comfort and a good living experience. Overall, Fusion stands out as a solid option for anyone looking for a modern and well-kept apartment community. 10/10 recommend!
