I moved out of this apartment complex in May of this year and surprisingly got a charged $100, a separate bill from cox WiFi when wifi is supposed to be included in the leasing agreement. I’ve brought it up with the front desk numerous times with emails and phone calls and the matter still has not been taken care of and the bill has racked up to be $240. What I thought would be an easy fix has been prolonged and not resolved. We are also now in the month of July and I still have not received my security deposit which I have also brought up with management and have received nothing. I do not know how else to go about getting this resolved.

The parking spaces are extremely small, making it difficult to get in and out of your vehicle even when everyone parks correctly. The Cox community WiFi is unreliable, yet residents are required to pay for it. Valet trash is another fee that residents are charged for, but the trash machines are frequently out of service.
There has also been significant staff turnover, and in my experience, management has done very little to address resident concerns or resolve ongoing issues. On top of that, there always seems to be another unnecessary fee added to the monthly bill.
Overall, this community has been disappointing, and I cannot wait for my lease to end. Based on my experience, I would not recommend living here.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Taja Gardner. She is very kind and eager to help where it is needed. Taja was able to make the application process smooth and effortless. Very greatly to he apart of the District 757 community!

THINK TWICE BEFORE MOVING HERE!
Probably the worst apartment complex we lived in. We’ve been here for a little over a year and since moving in there are more cons than pros. First, the first few months our sewer bill was only around $40 and after the new management, the sewer charges double the price which is ABSURD. Second, the constant false fire alarm, not picking up the trash, new amenities not being open on the promised date(mind you the sauna that supposed to open 6 months ago is still nowhere to be open), pool hours keep changing, the trash compactor that is very much in a bad state with overflowing trash that’s already in the pet center. This is not a luxury apartment that they are advertising.
The only positive thing I can say is that the maintenance people are friendly and quick(Jamel and Mike). Mark from the leasing office is helpful too. Other than that, please lower your expectations if you plan to move here or better yet take your money somewhere more worthwhile.
The property has had its fair share of challenges, but I will say that all of the staff are friendly and make every effort to be helpful. Jamel and Mike are very personable and they made sure that I was accommodated with my maintenance request. Mark is professional and accommodating, and is always willing to answer any questions or address any issues that I have.
