  If obnoxiously loud pool parties are something that you look forward to dealing with on a nightly basis this is the apartment complex for you! These videos were taken at 10PM on a Sunday night. Any positive reviews you have seen mentioning Taja are not from current residents, only people who have toured the complex. We deal with this literally every night that it is warm outside. The courtesy officer does nothing about this despite repeated calls about the disturbances. Obviously this is an apartment complex and it will never be noise free, but the amount of yelling/screaming/music I hear inside my apartment from the pool is unacceptable. A good amount of people that live in these apartments are completely inconsiderate of other people and it shows. Implementing a wrist band system is not going to do anything to fix an unsecured pool when people have no regard for the rules or other people. If you’re considering moving in - don’t.

  I toured the District 757 with Taja today and was incredibly impressed! The 2 bedroom/bathroom floor plan is even better in person—lots of natural light and modern finishes. Taja was super helpful with answering all my questions. Definitely putting this at the top of my list!

  Beautiful place very nice. Everything about. It is very nice spacious. The apartments are beautiful all the different areas where you can sit and just relax at a beautiful.. Taja She was great. She was a very, very good. She knew everything. She answered every question she was well she had so much knowledge about the property in Apartments.

  All of the positive reviews of this place are from people who have only toured or are writing about maintenance staff ( who really are amazing- I’d give them 5 stars too!) but not reviewing the general apartment/experience. We’ve had a good experience with management and maintenance overall but the other residents that live here are very rude and inconsiderate. You constantly smelled weed from outside or the air vents despite constant reminders from management, the trash constantly built up from lazy people not putting trash in the compactor and the pool parties was out of hand despite again multiple management emails for 2 guests and not blasting your own music. Don’t get me started on the constant damage to cars - my brand new car had dents galore from again inconsiderate people. Also upon move out I was told I could be present at the inspection. I was told we were good to go but surprisingly we were still charged for wear and tear of the carpet. We don’t have pets or kids and rarely had anyone else over so if wear and tear was there it was nothing more than normal wear and tear. I’ve never been charged for normal wear and tear and the move out instructions only stated to vacuum the carpet not make it look brand new (which again ours looked pretty darn close). Overall I’d not recommend this apartment to anyone. I will say that Mark and the maintenance team have always been amazing and very helpful but again the other residents and the constant changing management are reasons I'd never recommend this place to anyone.

  I had such a good experience touring apartments with Taja. She was super easy to talk to and made everything feel really comfortable from the start. She showed me a few different units, answered all my questions, and actually listened to what I was looking for instead of just rushing through it. I never felt pressured at all, which I really appreciated. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right place. I’d definitely recommend her!
