  My daughter & i had to make a sudden move due to a family member passing. The staff was great. Very friendly & helpful. Went out of her way to make the move as quick & easy as possible. Our apartment is very clean & up to date. Spacious & the neighbors are friendly. We have no problems. Very greatful to have settled in & made a home here!

  So sad the lowest I can give them is one star because they don't deserve any. The apartments are awful, the laundry facilities are dirty and always have at least one broken washer or drier. We could never get rid of the roaches and it took them forever to fix things. Seriously, it took them over a year ro fix a broken STEP on our staircase and over two weeks to fix our A/C, eventhough it was summer time. To top it off, they have the most incompetent, mean-spirited staff I have ever dealt with. Seriously, you're better off elsewhere.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE under any circumstance. Lived here from 2015-2016, longest year of my life. I think it’s important to point out that the only positive reviews are rated by staff or people who have visited the apartment but have never leased. Multiple negative reviews have been removed from Google. False advertising, the photo they used is not the apartment complex. Negatives: multiple shootings, domestic violence, loud neighbors, multiple break in with vehicles, car involved with hit and run, disgusting laundry room, trash throughout complex, no parking, neighbors smoke in building, roaches, spiders, bed bugs, pit bull breeding, not safe for children, grown men having sex in hallway, gang activity, loud cars and music throughout night, mold, not being notified when utilities were turned off three times (not due to do payments), stolen property, staff is terrible, maintenance is none existent, paper thin walls, overall dirty old apartments falling apart. Positive: a roof over your head. The office is a joke. The manager Vicky is unprofessional and brings personal problems to work. Also, be sure to get a copy of your recipe of anything you pay for because this place is money hungry. I linked photos of the apartment complex. Trash thrown everywhere, neighbors leave out dirty shoes and towels that make the entire complex smell, insect issues, and the two men that were having sex on a week day at 11am. UPDATE: Sense i am unable to respond to the owner directly, i wanted to address that I've been to the office 4 different times to discuss these issues and nothing was done. Now that my review could potentially hurt their business and i am moved out they are interested in speaking. Also, they tried to withhold my $500 deposit after leaving the apartment in better shape than when i moved in. After telling them i have photo and video evidence of the apartment before i left, i received a check in the mail. Interesting. Seriously, save yourself the headache.
