Shipyard Shores is a pleasant place to live with all new renovations and upgrades. Right by the shipyard and 4 walking minutes away from the apprentice school. Reasonably priced with a great new property manager. Ask for Valerie if you want move in details. 5⭐️

I just want to say I moved my son in from Maryland to start school and work in Miss Valarie the landlord was the biggest help. She answered all my questions she was always there texting no long wait time. When we got there she introduced herself showed us around the unit she was very friendly reached out to her about something needing fixed in the apartment. She handled it very fast! Thank you Valarie for a smooth move in!
