  Dear Manager Emily ; I would like to formally thank you and the maintenance team(Geoff, supervisor) in particular (Bobby, and Joe,) for doing a fantastic job getting everything done that was needed recently.They are always professional,quick,and knowledgeable. We are so lucky to have such a dedicated team. Again I'm really impressed . Thanks .

  I’ve been living here for almost 3 years. The neighborhood itself it’s great, never had an issues with neighbors or disturbances. The property is well maintained. Maintenance is prompt to request. Office staff occasionally through community events such as a pool party that had free shaved ice, weekly food trucks, a vision board party etc.

  This is the best complex I have stayed in. Maintenance is speedy with handling your request and the staff is always friendly and responsive.

  Been here a year and love it! Everyone at the rental office is nice and understanding. And maintenance is prompt
