  I’ve been a resident at Chelsea at Lee Hall for over seven years, and I have nothing but great things to say about the community. :) The apartments are well maintained, the location is fantastic, and the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. A special shoutout to the property manager, Shelly. Over the years, she has consistently provided exceptional customer service and truly cares about the residents and the community. She regularly goes above and beyond to organize resident events and create opportunities for neighbors to connect. One of my favorite memories was when she wanted to turn the leasing office into a pop-up haunted house for Halloween. I’m not sure if it ever happened since I was traveling that fall, but I loved the idea. It perfectly reflects the kind of enthusiasm and community spirit she brings. :) Another huge thank you to the maintenance team. Even when they're busy, they're responsive, communicative, and always pleasant to work with. My maintenance requests have consistently been handled promptly, and I’ve always felt like my concerns were a priority. I highly recommend Chelsea at Lee Hall

  Don’t even bother with this place. Nobody ever answers the phones and nobody is ever at the office. I’ve called every day for two weeks and nobody ever answers. They obviously don’t care about their residents or prospective residents so do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live. I can’t imagine what the service must be like for actual residents! Absolutely pitiful. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life.

  ROACHES and more ROAches ! Your car will get flooded and they have pest control come but only makes it worse ! They never answer the phone and no one is there to help with maintenance! I put in a 5 day move in work list and NOTHING has been fixed my sockets don’t work , the tub gets backed up. O and roaches i can’t wait to get out of here ! Don’t move here unless u want to be in the woods with roaches living beside a slave mansion !
