We have had a leak in our wall for over a week and no one will do anything about it lol this place is a joke The maintenance workers turned our water off for two days and still couldn't locate the issue. They sneakily add clauses into rent agreements so when you re-sign be sure to read everything again as they change it and don't tell you

Relocating is never easy, especially when you are a long way from home. But Gail Allen made the entire process quite easy and not at all overwhelming. From the virtual tour of the apartment, to signing the lease, and to moving in; it was all smooth sailing.

The service is great, especially working with Gail. She is absolutely awesome! She took time to understand what type of apartment I was looking for and communicated promptly ...this was a game changer for me. She provided expert guidance through every step. Thank you for making my move-in so manageable and easy GAIL!

WARNING ‼️ MOLD, MOLD AND MORE MOLD AND LOTS IN DIFFERENT APARTMENTS AND ROACHES!!! FYI— that joke below, they will be in contact with us immediately. Yeah it never happened! When the guy came out from RVA restoration to do the air quality test property manager refused to give us a copy, told us it was normal and we were not allowed to have a copy! That should tell you something !!! I am telling you as a warning to stay away from these apartments! They will show you the model and make it sound so great and give you the best deals like a free month rent or no deposit to get you in but then once you get here, it’s a nightmare! Me and my roommate moved in the first week of January 2026, we had three pages we turned in of problems some of which was no heat, dryer did not work, roach, eggs, the apartment was dirty, Bathroom tub and sink in the master bath clogged and I had to clean it out myself because maintenance does not know what they’re doing. And now for the last 3 to 4 months, we have been living with mold on our AC unit. They have sent a guy out here. They cleaned it the last time he only used bleach wipes and a micro bacterial spray. It’s not working because it’s an old unit from 1989 when they were first built and needs replacing. The management is nasty and rude. I’ve tried no matter how hard to be nice and now at this point I’m going to go to the court. They sent a guy out here last week from RVA restoration he tested the air, but did not swab the mold, and if you do not take a mold sample, there’s the possibility that the spores were not in the air at the moment when he did the air test. But what really gets me as the email I received this morning from the office manager Salena Telling us the test was normal, but refusing to give us a copy. Think about that, if the test was normal, you would think she would want us to see that. So what we’re gonna do is come August 1 because of her threats telling us that if we move out, we have to pay a fee for breaking the lease and we have to pay two months of rent, blah blah blah, now the fight‘s going to begin come August 1 we will open up an escrow account With Chesterfield County courts, I’m going to file with the EPA environmental protection agency and I’m gonna file code violations with Attorney General‘s office and then I’m going to seek a lawyer to sue them for all the stress and all the sickness that we’ve endured over the last couple of months. My roommate has never been sick with anything she’s very healthy and she has had nothing but respiratory problems the last two months living in this apartment and as soon as we Leave and are gone for a day outside or even hours we don’t have these breathing issues. It’s only when the AC is going and inside this house. I have never met such a rude apartment management company in my life! Also, we have to deal with neighbors that have dogs that poop everywhere and don’t clean behind them and where we live is the first section when you come down into the apartments to the right, everyone calls it the hood because they don’t keep it clean. I’ve had Chesterfield County Building inspector come out here and make them clean the gutters. This is just ridiculous and I’m not the only one with these Complaints Almost every tenant out here has Complaints!
