  I am not living there yet, but I would like to recognize the outstanding work and dedication of Gail Allen, who assisted me throughout the entire application and apartment leasing process. Gail was always incredibly helpful, responsive, and willing to assist with every question and concern I had. She handled each step of the process efficiently and professionally, which gave me great peace of mind as an international applicant navigating everything from abroad. I truly appreciate her patience, commitment, and exceptional support. She made what could have been a very stressful experience much smoother, and I am very grateful for all of her help.

  I had a wonderful experience at Old Buckingham Station. The leasing department was outstanding, and Gail was especially helpful throughout the entire process. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made everything easy to understand. The community is welcoming, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and would highly recommend Old Buckingham Station to anyone looking for a great place to live.

  This place is great, we have lived here in the main building for 2 years and everyone has always been friendly and welcoming. It’s an apartment complex of course things are going to go bad, but they have always fixed things in a timely manner. Their resident events are fantastic. The place is quiet and very well maintained. Thank you for all you do.

  Water either not on or something wrong with it w no notice. In 3 years I had no water, orange water, brown water & water w black specks in it. Had to buy bottled waters for everything from cooking, drinking & even pets bowls. My first apt flooded. The damage wouldn’t have nearly been so bad, had it been handled with empathy & professionalism. Office staff could not have cared less. No one contacted me or came by to express any concern the day we lost half of our belongings & were sent to a hotel. The work was rushed through & we were expected to move back in the same apt but I declined. Once you’ve seen black mold going up the walls, in closets, under the carpet, ceiling, window cils & flooring it’s hard to forget it. I have over 30 pictures of proof. The main building in general is falling to pieces. Weak walk ways, loose stairs, nails exposed, falling drywall, shattered concrete, pot holes, non working equipment, filthy hot tub, green pool one summer, disgusting trash areas… Stolen mail & package issues for over 3 years, PO involved numerous times, broken elevator for several months, hard to find parking, starving stray cats, lots of weed smoking and very, very poor snow/ice removal every winter storm making getting around extremely dangerous. There are way better places to live thank OBS.

  I’ve had a great experience living here. The property is always well-maintained, and the maintenance team is incredibly responsive they fix issues quickly and efficiently. The amenities are beautiful and feel like you’re living at a resort. The grounds are clean, the community is peaceful, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live with excellent amenities and great service.
