If I could give this place less than one star, I would. The property manager, Laron does nothing but sit in his office. You may seem him occasionally on the golf cart when there is police activity though! There have been over 3 new staff members in the last year. New Castle Management doesn’t respond to emails. 1. Dog feces everywhere. Want to go to the dog park? Dog park mulch hasn’t been changed since this place was built. 2. Low income housing recipients. Cars broken into, fighting in the parking lots, and music blasting day and night. 3. Dirty amenity spaces. The grills are atrocious. The tables have weed, cigarettes, and trash on them all the time. 4. Dirty hallways. They are carpeted and the buildings are not on a regular cleaning schedule. They smell like trash, dog urine, and smoke. 5. Cheap building; you can hear your neighbors talking through these cardboard walls. The list honestly goes on, but thought I’d share my experience for anyone looking to move into this place. Save your money and go quite literally anywhere else.

If you come to center west, expect the best. The property manager Laron was a very professional, kind, and helpful. This is the place to be. Laron and staff are a great group of people, the property is very clean, and the neighbors are friendly.
