I would strongly caution anyone considering renting any location with this management company.
Since moving into my unit on February 19, my experience has been defined by ongoing pest concerns, incomplete repairs, inconsistent communication, and a complete lack of follow-through. I have documented a detailed timeline of events, and the pattern is clear: issues are reported, assurances are made, timelines are given, and then those timelines pass with little to no resolution.
What is most concerning is that this is not limited to on-site management. I have received conflicting and inaccurate information from both the building management team and the regional level. For example, I was explicitly told that pest control had serviced my unit on a specific date, only for that statement to later be retracted. I was also told reports would be provided within a defined timeframe, which never materialized. These are not minor miscommunications—they are repeated breakdowns in accountability.
Despite multiple visits from maintenance, I have had to point out incomplete work myself, including gaps in areas that were supposedly sealed. At one point, after authorizing staff to secure an area tied directly to pest activity, I returned home to find it left open. This is a consistent theme: work is either incomplete, needs to be redone, or directly undermines prior efforts.
Beyond my individual unit, there are broader building concerns that further reflect the lack of operational reliability—such as ongoing delays in major repairs and conditions that contribute to the very issues residents are reporting. Communication to residents has even discouraged direct interaction with staff, which speaks volumes given the lack of resolution through the proper channels.
From the moment I moved in, I have had to advocate for basic habitability. I have been living out of plastic storage bins since February due to ongoing concerns, which is not how anyone should be expected to live after signing a lease.
At this point, it is difficult to view these issues as isolated incidents. The pattern suggests a larger problem with how this property—and the company behind it—handles resident concerns. Tenants should expect to be treated with transparency, urgency, and respect. That has not been my experience.
If you are considering living here, I strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions, get everything in writing, and carefully consider whether this is a building management, as well as regional team you want to rely on.
