  Big shout out to Jake and James at NV Home Warranty for their thorough, detail-oriented work and genuine care from day one—they went the extra mile, coming back multiple times to make sure everything was completed perfectly. Communication was excellent throughout, whether by phone, email, text, or in-person visits to discuss things directly. I live in a different NV Homes community and wanted to share this review to help future buyers and current residents.

  Great experience visiting this new community in Manassas. Suzanne greeted us in a very welcoming manner. She took the time to explain the community and the surroundings in detail. The community is beautiful and the homes are reasonably priced. We also met Freshta and AJ who were also very kind. Overall, it was a great experience, this was our first time visiting this community and we were very pleased with the entire team. Hopefully, everything works out on our end so we can purchase our new house there.

  FABULOUS STAFF! As a realtor for 15 years with 100's of transactions, I am always thrilled to work with NV Homes. I toured yet another winning floor plan - the Callahan. The parkland in the back is AMAZING and a very rare find for new construction - especially with townhomes. So many STANDARD upgrades which are not found in other builders. And the 8' doors in the 9' ceilings!! Love that there is an option to have a main floor bedroom as well. Suzanne is tops. She is so welcoming, full of positivity and wow does she know her product! She explained everything and provided details, etc. which combined with her professionalism, solidifies a buyer's trust in the home and in NVR. A winning package.

  Suzanne and her team took excellent care of us when buying a new home. From the very beginning they were warm and welcoming. Every step of the process was well explained and documented. We were even able to see pictures of our home being built throughout the entire thing. The customizations and upgrades are nicely expanded upon without them being too pushy. You could tell the team didn’t just want to sell another unit… they genuinely waned to help me and my family find our forever home.

  Rude woman salesperson, older, with brown hair. Came to look at the home during the respected hours and was turned away without being told how to sign up for an appointment or any help at all. It may seem simple but if I am buying an entire house how can I trust someone that does not even make the effort to solve simple problems. Not to mention the tone she gave. She asked if we were interested in buying and we are still in the saving up stage (will be eligible to buy next year) and completely turned us away by coldly telling us that they are appointment only. Never gave a solution or were told to make an appointment and to come back. I am extremely shocked as we told her that we were curious in the house and would have worked with her about our up and coming plans. There was not another soul looking at the homes, she was not busy at all but still turned us away coldly. There was another agent nearby but was on the phone the entire time (never greeted us). We are mainly looking at new neighborhoods but crossed this place off our list. The time we came in is 1:20pm at July 24th. We are very disappointed in how we were treated and suspect it is because we are in the younger range. We are taking our business elsewhere and suggest others to do the same. Just know that they are discriminatory and unhelpful. Or at the very least, curt and unfriendly. At other models we have viewed, we signed up on the spot as there is usually a QR code. We have no problem coming back another day, that is not the issue. It was the tone and lack of care.
