  Maintenance is really good. Unfortunately, the neighbors can be pretty noisy and leave dog droppings everywhere around the complex. The pool and workout areas could use freshening up.

  Masons Keepe has the most beautiful spacious apartments. Mike from the maintenance is amazing and always helpful when it comes to maintenance requests.

  Angle and Luis on the maintenance team are amazing! They work really hard to make sure all of our needs are met almost right away and they have been working hard to make sure we are informed on the things that are being done in our apartment as well as calling before entering. The complex itself is clean, tidy, and everyone I have met in both the leasing office and the tenants have all been very sweet! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

  I am happy w/ the maintenance service that I have experienced at Masons Keepe and I am happy w/ the maintenance crew as well--they do/did a fine job. I am speaking as a person that has years of experience in residential construction / service management --they do/did a fine job.

  Maintenance team is awesome! I’m not going to share my full experience with the new leasing office team after they laid off all the leasing office prior. This new Company that bought this property only cares about convenience to the Company and money. Thats all Im going to say.
