  Was a resident for ~3 years and their property management and service teams have always provided superior service. Would 100% recommend this complex to anyone looking for clean, updated, quiet living in Manassas.

  If you plan to never move out the place is fine. But renter beware they WILL give you bs charges on your way out. I was charged with carpet replacement. I was told on move in they replace it in between every tenant damage or not. First apartment complex I've ever seen charge for that. Also 250 bucks for a deep clean on an empty apartment. The stay was fine but the move out was terrible I feel bad for the 3 different people I recommend to say here and took my advice. I WONT be recommending this apartment complex to anyone again.

  I’ve lived at The Elms at Signal Hill Station Apartments for about three years. I’ve lived in two different units and have never had any major issues. The maintenance team works hard to keep the property in good shape. In addition, they are friendly, professional, and efficient, with most work orders completed within 24 hours unless a part needs to be ordered. I’ve always felt comfortable with them entering my apartment, even when I wasn’t home. The leasing team are consistently professional. Whenever I’ve needed assistance or had a question, I’ve always been able to get a timely response The community itself is peaceful and quit. I’ve never experienced loud music or any disruptive behavior. My neighbors have always been cordial and respectful. Overall, my experience has been a 10 out of 10.

  The Elms at signal Hills is our home! We have been living here for 9 years and it has been a blessing to my family. They have the best events for children. We have made so many great friends. It is a safe and beautiful place to live. I highly recommend moving here is you want a safe haven for your family.

  As someone who works in property management, I am pretty particular about where my family lives. After looking at almost every apartment complex in Manassas, we decided on Elmes at Signal Hill. From the initial tour, to the application process and move in, everything was easy and seamless. The team in the office is extremely responsive. The property is always kept clean with beautiful landscaping. As a family with a new baby, we love how many sidewalks there are throughout the property to walk with the stroke, as well as the joining train that will take you to Signal Hill Park. I work from home and it has been so nice not having any noise interruptions. You may hear the train every now and then, but honestly, we don't even notice it. Of course that might be different depending on what building you're in and also what floor you're on (we live on the top floor). As for maintenance, they are also extremely responsive and usually able to fix things the first time unless a part is needed. I also love how communicative the office is with maintenance requests. Speaking of communication, this community by far has the best communication I've experienced. Whether it be for upcoming maintenance or community activities, I really appreciate always being in the know. Lastly, I wanted to touch on some of the negative reviews I saw regarding the community. Most mentioned how they were happy living here the entire time, but being charged at move out is what caused them to leave a negative review. I hope everyone can take those reviews with a grain of salt as management can't charge for damages without a valid reason and proof. Meaning, the charges were more than likely justified, however the residents, of course, were not happy taking responsibility for those charges. Again, we are so happy living here and definitely plan on renewing this fall. I think the only reason we would ever move is if we decided to take the next step and purchase a home.
