  Nice community to live in. Leasing office and maintenance team is great and is very responsive to residents. Huge shoutout to Juan especially who continues to go above and beyond to ensure that whatever issues we encounter are dealt with promptly and properly. He's always friendly, polite and gives great suggestions.

  The care that the maintenance team shows towards the residents is amazing! Whenever I report an issue, Juan is able to come by, if not the same day, the next day to fix the problem! They are extremely responsive and super helpful / friendly to the community.

  The current Property Manger is sorry. We didnt hear from her until we moved out only to nickel and dime us. She came off bias towards me back in January and that’s what ultimately made us make to decision to move. The management was good when Tiara was there 3 years ago. Juan in maintenance is awesome. Check your unit before signing a lease, they don’t necessarily replace the carpet if a pet was present with the previous tenant. In my opinion pay a few hundred more $s in rent and find a better unit/community with amenities.

  I recently toured Barrington Park Apartments, and overall, the property is nice—but there are a few important things to know depending on your lifestyle and needs. The Good: The apartments themselves are well-kept and visually appealing The community feels quiet and established Staff was professional during the tour Having a garage is a major plus, especially for convenience and added security What to Be Aware Of: There are no model flat units available, so you’ll be shown actual vacant apartments Be prepared to walk to view units, which may not be ideal for everyone Stairs are a major factor — many units require walking up steps The community is located across from a fire station, so depending on the unit location, you may hear sirens at times Biggest Consideration (and this is important): If you are mobility challenged, recovering from surgery, or simply prefer elevator access, this may not be the best fit. The layout of the property makes stairs unavoidable in many cases, which could become a daily challenge—not just during move-in, but every time you come and go. My Overall Take: Barrington Park is a solid option if stairs aren’t an issue for you. However, for anyone needing easier access or more mobility-friendly living, you may want to explore other communities with elevators or ground-level convenience.
