The office staff is always helpful , Jacqueline is my go to person , she is polite and patience by helping us navigating the portal and signing our lease. The Wood of Fairfax feels like home , I appreciate thr people and the community.

My rating is a 3-star, only so it doesn’t mislead or give the wrong impression about my overall experience and the property given my very short tenure. Monique is very approachable and has gone above and beyond to make my welcome as a new tenant feel the most warm and friendly. Her communication responsiveness and willingness to help are top tier and stood out to me and warrant this recognition. It’s only been two weeks since I’ve moved in, therefore I lack the context to speak on anything else.

Gary who works in the front was riding pass on a cart and stop to ask me what was wrong. He seen me trying to get in my car and stoppd to help. With his help I got into my car. Once in my car we realized the battery was dead. He went and got his car to jump me off and gave me a new set of jumper cables out his car. I can honestly say without Gary stopping I woulda been in a serious bind. I knew I loved staying here for some reason. Besides it’s quiet, no problems and police patrols thru on the regular. Gym is clean, in the summer pools stay clean a the bbq and tennis area is immaculate. Couldn’t have picked a better place.
