    I want to commend and thank Collin Stubbs on such outstanding service in the completion of the build of my villa at Twin Lake Villas. He is absolutely effective in all areas of the build, kept me constantly updated and satisfied each and every concern I had along the way!! His customer service ability goes beyond phenomenal. Ryan Homes, you should be extraordinarily appreciative of his talent, his care of this community, his knowledge of building homes, AND, his attitude and ability to respond so effectively with senior citizens making life-altering changes. Not one time did a question or concern of mine go unanswered; and typically it was immediate. He is such an asset to Ryan Homes and to each resident of this complex. Collin should be highly recognized for his dedication and effort to make a very stressful process more. comfortable. Congratulations, Ryan Homes, for having such a wonderful employee!!!

    We are so thankful for Collin Stubbs, our project manager, and for his diligence, insight, and thoughtfulness towards us as we had our first home built this past winter at Ryan Homes in Twin Lake Villas. Collin’s knowledge, kindness, and patience really helped us as we navigated the building process! We can’t thank him enough for his management in building our home! Also, we must thank Cheryl Hoffman for helping us over several years as we looked at and considered buying a home at Twin Lake Villas. She has always welcomed every question, concern, and visit as if we were her customer already — she never forgot us! We watched this community grow while we waited for our right timing.
