  Pulte has taken great care of us, and Deborah Lawlor and Thomas Payne with Pulte Homes are Fantastic! Deborah Lawlor and Thomas Payne are amazing Americans who went above and beyond to take care of us throughout the whole process. Many contractors, after you have gone into contract with them, completely change their tone and the way they look out for you, but not these two and not Pulte. Over the last few years, Pulte has gone out of their way to really turn their company around and ensure it is #1 at providing quality homes and service for their customers. If their subcontractors don't carry the same values, they get rid of them, and if you have a problem as a homeowner, Pulte takes responsibility for their work and their subcontractors and makes sure you are well taken care of. Throughout the signing of the agreement, our selections, and addressing concerns, Deborah went out of her way to be there for us. She works crazy hours, and I wondered along the way when she slept, but it was clear she was working extremely hard to make sure we were very pleased with Pulte. Then, when it came time to manage the build, Tommy carried the same standard as Deborah and made sure we stayed up to date and were pleased with the process and the quality of our home. If there was something they promised us or told us they would do, it was done. Now, 60 days after we have closed, Pulte is still taking care of us. Pulte, keep raising the bar and going above and beyond, as you will continue to ensure customers like me not only recommend you, but come back to you for the next one. Most importantly, thank you, and your staff is among the best.

  Be weary of any warranty guarantees. Pulte will delay for weeks or even forget about what you’ve filed. When they do come, the job won’t be done, leaving you again in limbo for weeks or months longer

  Post sales service leaves a lot to desire. I have a ticket open for a month now for an item that should have been installed before closing.

  Had a a great home buying and home building experience with Pulte in Cattail Run. Our sales consultant Debbie Lawler and our construction manager Christian Yow helped and guided us through every step. Their knowledge, support, responsiveness and communication were all first rate! They made what can be a very complicated and stressful time much easier and enjoyable.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+⭐ We had a wonderful experience purchasing our home at Cattail Run with Pulte Homes. Cecilia Campbell, John Callahan, and Deborah Lawlor were all professional, responsive, and very supportive throughout the process, and we also appreciate the team working behind the scenes with the lender and title company. The community itself has a beautiful and refreshing vibe, which made the experience even more special. We truly appreciate the care and effort the Pulte team put into building our new home.
