Jade Miller and Frank Massina are truly professionals aiming to provide the utmost in customer service. Fabulous location for your home as it’s a very short drive to shopping and eateries while enjoying “country life”. Cherishing one-level living with no maintenance and being surrounded by an awesome group of neighbors who care about each other and are socially connected. Enjoying the Villa life!

The location is perfect--lovely scenery and far enough from the city to be peaceful, yet close enough to be able to easily reach everything you need. In the Villas, your lawn maintenance, weeding and mulching, snow removal (including your driveway, if your car is not parked there) and trash removal is all done for you. What's not to like?! This is truly the friendliest, most fun street on which we have ever lived. There are only three Villas left for sale, so come be our neighbors. The other side of the development, with which we will share amenities, has single-family homes and towns. So if you need something a bit different, you can find it there as well.
