Trying to figure out where the “luxury” was. Our unit had the worst humidity and a lot of our personal items molded. Trash rooms always piled up, valet trash wouldn’t have been a bad idea. Not enough windows that open, 1-2 per unit. They state that they need stool samples to ID pet feces around the outside but there were always piles of dog poop, even some right by a dog poo trash can. The parking situation was horrendous, the leasing office weren’t personable and we wish the lady who worked when we first signed the lease was still there, she was warm and friendly. There’s a construction presence that just completely sucked. Only pro of this place was the proximity to the metro. Save your money and research what luxury actually includes in this area and I’m sure you’ll have better options. We did.

Medeline was amazing during my apartment tour! From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, friendly, and very attentive. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me all the features that fit my needs. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process stress-free. Thanks to her excellent service, I left feeling confident about my decision. Highly recommend asking for Medeline if you're looking for a great leasing experience!

We rented at Makers Rise for six months and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Five stars for both the property and the people. The standout was how easy moving in and moving out were. Both ends of the process were smooth, clearly communicated, and handled without a single hiccup, which is rare enough to be worth mentioning. Shaquera was outstanding. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything, and she was a big part of why our stay went so well. We also did not experience anything like what some of the negative reviews describe. The building was well maintained, common areas were kept clean, and questions were answered quickly. Even as a temporary stay, Makers Rise exceeded our expectations. We recommend it without hesitation.
