  Medeline was amazing during my apartment tour! From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, friendly, and very attentive. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me all the features that fit my needs. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process stress-free. Thanks to her excellent service, I left feeling confident about my decision. Highly recommend asking for Medeline if you're looking for a great leasing experience!

  I was originally on the fence about this place but Madison was incredibly helpful. She had an answer to all my questions, and had just such a positive and friendly vibe. If the rest of the staff is like her I know my family’s experience here will be wonderful.

  Medeline assisted me in my moving process, made it very easy and stress free, Medeline has amazing customer service and makes you feel at home, mentioned I needed a 1 bedroom with a nice view and a lot of natural light and she found me the right fit and I moved in pretty quickly. Do yourself a favor and ask for Medeline, she will help you and make your move very easy.

  We rented at Makers Rise for six months and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Five stars for both the property and the people. The standout was how easy moving in and moving out were. Both ends of the process were smooth, clearly communicated, and handled without a single hiccup, which is rare enough to be worth mentioning. Shaquera was outstanding. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything, and she was a big part of why our stay went so well. We also did not experience anything like what some of the negative reviews describe. The building was well maintained, common areas were kept clean, and questions were answered quickly. Even as a temporary stay, Makers Rise exceeded our expectations. We recommend it without hesitation.
