  Applied for a two-bedroom here through my company in August 2026. Sharing how it went so nobody else is surprised. Aug 17 they emailed me floor plans and pricing. Aug 19 at 4:34 PM they sent the application. I filled it out, signed it, and sent it back at 5:24 PM the same day with the exact business name and EIN to run. Then I heard nothing for nine days. No email, no call, nothing. My partner even drove out to the leasing office in person to tell them we wanted to move forward. On Aug 28 I finally emailed asking what was going on, and that afternoon a senior leasing person replied that the agent who toured me was out, asked which unit we wanted, and said if I told him the unit he could "start the screening and everything today." I sent the floor plan back within two hours. Four days later, Sept 1, I got a one-line email that the application "came back as declined." No reason. No criteria. No screening company named. No report. Just a suggestion that I apply on my personal credit instead. My company watches its business credit at all four bureaus and not one of them shows an inquiry from this property for that whole period, so I honestly do not know what they ran or on whom. That is 13 days from a signed application to a decline with no explanation, nine of them with nobody touching it. I wrote on Sept 4 asking for the reason and the screening details. As of today, nothing back from the property or from Bridge Property Management. I sent the same request by FedEx along with notice that we intend to file a complaint with the Virginia Fair Housing Office. The buildings look nice and the people I met were pleasant. But if you apply here, make them write down your unit at the tour and get a screening date before you walk out. Do not assume the file is moving just because you signed it.

  Update9/10/2026 so my original apartment was more of a nightmare than I imagined, it ended up having a rodent infestation. The office staff worked with me to get me into another apartment which is great but also increased my lease lol Really sketchy staff here, give out apartments that aren’t rent ready at all and then up your lease when the issue is on them Mind you I lived here for 5 years at one point before coming back, but seems like new management has poor leadership and it reflects on the rest of the staff on how poorly things are managed here now Let’s do better dulles Greene !! You got this Off to a bad start. Few windows don’t lock on my first floor apartment causing a security risk, my front door does not properly seal shut when closing allowing insects to get in, all my blinds are mix match. The outside of the building is disgusting and in dire need of a power wash

  Nice, clean, and friendly environment and I recommend unless families has school rating concern otherwise, management and community is satisfactory
