- JGJordyn GreenJul 2, 20261.0The worst place I’ve ever lived in. They will nickle and dime you every chance they get. They pretend to make paying your rent easy but in reality they make it as difficult as possible so they can squeeze as many extra fees as they can every single month. Plus, the app they use to have you pay rent will give you technical issues which they will then use as an excuse to make you pay other fees or block you from using certain payment methods. On top of that they make you pay an extra fee every month for trash but then the trash people will pick and choose when they feel like taking your trash. Even though you’re paying extra, if they don’t feel like taking your trash then they just won’t, then you’ll be left with rotten trash sitting in your unit because otherwise you will get a fee for leaving it out. This place is truly disgusting and dirty and unorganized
