Misery. Disregard. Puffery. These are merely a few words from a clinically expansive list I would use to describe my time at Three Chopt West. Don't let any other reviews fool you, this establishment is rank with incompetence and dismay.
Management will NEVER communicate with you efficiently unless they need to collect something. E-mails go unanswered, and I often found myself having to go to the leasing office directly to get anything done. If your inquiry takes more than 5 seconds, it is unimportant to management here. You do not matter here. You are a paycheck with lungs.
Your maintenance requests are a dice roll on a good day. Some will be fixed in a few day, while others take months or are never solved altogether. At one point, one of my closet doors (which I'd reported as malfunctioning when I'd moved in) fell off the track. It sat on the floor of my apartment for over a month before it was reattached. Of course, it was never fixed either. I experienced multiple weeks in a row without hot water. At times it would often surge to over 80 degrees in my unit , even with the windows fully open. And who could forget the roaches? They're practically a second family by now.
I'd like to conclude this brief review with something management said to me during the walkthrough of my unit when I was moving out. I'd scheduled to meet with management at 11AM. Like any respectful person, I arrived at 10:50AM. So I waited. It soon rolled on to be 11:00AM... and then trickled to 11:15AM... and then crawled to 11:30AM. Having received radio silence, which I presume the policy at Three Chopt West to be, I drove to the office to get assistance. "We're terribly sorry," they said when I walked in. Terribly sorry about not being present for a LEGALLY (per the lease contract) required procedure? I would hope. The only place the word "sorry" has at Three Chopt West is as its own descriptor.
Do not move here. Save your money. Spend it where you are respected. You owe it to yourself.

While living here my apartment had a plumbing issue from a burst sewage pipe. Sewage began filling the floor of my kitchen each night. I notified maintenence and it took 3 weeks for them to respond, by which point I was mostly sleeping in my car. They eventually moved me to another unit that was infested with cockroaches but smelled better than sewage. Im thankfully I never have to go back.

Pricilla Easley and Phay Faulcon are the best outstanding Leasing Agents with their wonderful assistance with leasing an apartment and everything they could to help us with the applications. We needed to come back twice to look at the available apartments and they were very, very professional helpful and very sweet! We thank them very much!!

Esse condomínio Three Chopt eu recomendo de olhos fechados! Agradeço Gabby e Priscila me ajudaram muito no meu novo lar. Estou no mesmo condomínio já tem 2 anos, não tenho nada a reclamar, acabei de renovar por mais um ano.
