  This review is based on my experience with Sherrod and Anita. Sherrod guided me through the application process He was very knowledgable, professional and answered my questions, along with addressing my concerns. He worked diligently with me to get me moved in. I’m forever grateful. I have the best view looking out over the pool. I enjoy hearing the kids play. The cultural experience is amazing. The smell of the food, the sound of the music transports you another place where life is different. It has the feel of being back home. Enjoying a bit of country living.

  Hello I'm Christine Bernard and I just have to mention that Sherrod Randle is amazing. I just moved to the community and he has taken the time to make sure I am well taken care. Truly would recommend this apartment to everyone.

  Sherrod R. was absolutely excellent during our apartment search. From the moment we arrived, he was polite, professional, and very welcoming. He immediately made us feel comfortable, which meant a lot because apartment hunting can sometimes be stressful. Sherrod took the time to answer all of our questions and explained everything clearly. He was patient, attentive, and never made us feel rushed. What really stood out the most was how he helped take away so much of the stress from the process. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, we felt supported and confident with his help. His positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Sherrod truly went above and beyond, and it’s clear that he truly cares about the people that he works with.

  Don't let the pictures fool you. The office staff over promises and always under delivered. The respond to work orders after months. The maintenence staff don't complete work orders. Finally replaced my faucet after months for it only to be sitting on top of my sink. I had to call my friend to fix it. Oh and if you have a pet and anything goes wrong in the apartment, they will blame it on your pet even if the evidence proves otherwise. They just want their money and that's it. Horrible management, even corporate doesn't respond.
