  This review is based on my experience with Sherrod and Anita. Sherrod guided me through the application process He was very knowledgable, professional and answered my questions, along with addressing my concerns. He worked diligently with me to get me moved in. I’m forever grateful. I have the best view looking out over the pool. I enjoy hearing the kids play. The cultural experience is amazing. The smell of the food, the sound of the music transports you another place where life is different. It has the feel of being back home. Enjoying a bit of country living.

  Hello I'm Christine Bernard and I just have to mention that Sherrod Randle is amazing. I just moved to the community and he has taken the time to make sure I am well taken care. Truly would recommend this apartment to everyone.

  Sherrod R. was absolutely excellent during our apartment search. From the moment we arrived, he was polite, professional, and very welcoming. He immediately made us feel comfortable, which meant a lot because apartment hunting can sometimes be stressful. Sherrod took the time to answer all of our questions and explained everything clearly. He was patient, attentive, and never made us feel rushed. What really stood out the most was how he helped take away so much of the stress from the process. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, we felt supported and confident with his help. His positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Sherrod truly went above and beyond, and it’s clear that he truly cares about the people that he works with.

  The complex is located in a great area and in our experience the maintenance people are great. But the appliances themselves are horrible (washer is extremely loud, always have to run the dryer multiple times, even for small loads, and the dishwasher half washes the loads). The absolute worst thing is how incredibly thin the walls are. You can hear people going up & down the outside stairway throughout the whole apartment, especially if they run, stomp or have screaming children. At first we were able to tolerate these things and the first month or two were good until the upstairs neighbors moved in. I cannot exaggerate how much the ceiling creeks when they're walking around. You can track where they're going because it sounds like they're about to fall through any moment. It wouldn't be so bad if they were considerate of the fact people live below them, but the constant random stomping around all night or dragging/slamming things along the floor can get pretty aggravating. Since my initial review a couple months ago we've had a mouse in our apartment & the one upstairs, even though we are charged for pest control; our dryer being replaced 3 times to still not work correctly; an issue with our toilets flooding the apartment 4 times within 1 week which affected multiple bottom floor apartments; there is never anywhere to park after 7pm due to an increase of ppl who don't live here or random junk vehicles that never leave. And again, my noisy neighbors who stomp around all night. When I last brought this up to the office all they said they could do was serve them a noise complaint but nothing could be done about the loud creaking floor. This place is extremely overpriced for what you have to deal with & I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
