  Do not recommend at all. When we toured, we were shown an updated apartment. What we were given is out of date and came with many issues. None of the windows open, lock, and the ones that will open don’t stay up. The sliding screen door is broken and the screen is popping out. Half of the screens on the windows are torn or broken. When we moved in our washer was broken, there was a hole in the ceiling in the shower, half the drawers in the kitchen fell out upon opening, and the flooring is popping up. There are also no lights in the bedrooms and the one in the masters closet is a censor light. The dog park is disgusting, dog droppings everywhere and it’s not taken care of. There are rats everywhere, one ran across our porch and the rest are scattered around the complex. The gutters are broken so when it rains it looks like a water fall and is floods everywhere, a good 2-3 inches of water. Oh and half of the outlets don’t work, whatever you try to plug into the outlet will just fall out. The gym, it’s small and gets the job done but again, it’s not taken care of. The AC was broken for 3 months and now there’s a large hole in the ceiling. If we could leave now, we would. It is absolutely disgusting and do not recommend at all. Don’t waste your time.

  This place has its problems just like any apartment complex these days; but I wanted to shoutout Tam and his efforts to fix our washer. Greatly appreciate Tam’s swift response and dedication to getting this fixed as soon as possible. Our washer was on its last leg when we moved in but it worked (lived in a lot of complexes, no apartment has been perfectly move in ready that wasn’t $2000+/mo for a tiny 1 br, a crappy reality we all deal with). It started leaking profusely last week and Tam helped get this fixed quickly. I always see him all over the complex working issues, even after hours. I hope this momentum continues for the maintenance staff here! Thanks Tam! 5 star service from Tam on this issue but 4 stars overall because this complex as a whole does have some issues to work out.

  Great apartment community with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. A special thanks to Tabatha, the Community Manager, for being so helpful, professional, and always going above and beyond. Highly recommend!
