  Do not sign a lease agreement on any rental house through Remax Gateway in Gainesville, Virginia, especially if Trancito is going to be your "so called" property manager. She doesn't really manage anything. She just lets the property owner bully and take advantage of the tenants. Renters beware, Remax Gateway does not care about your best interests, even if you're a good long-term tenant who takes care of the property and pays the rent on time. They only look out for the interests of the property owner. My family and I had a terrible experience with them when it came time to move out. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Thanks a lot, Trancito. Thanks for nothing.

  My best friend had a bad experience with one of the Realtors at this same Agency. By chance, Dontees McClary took over to help us out and we were shocked how much Dontees stayed on top of things while balancing out his other clients. I'm 57 yrs old and don't think I've ever seen a Agent that cared so much in seeing you win. In a housing market with extremely low inventory you really need someone like Dontees McClary in your corner negotiating for you to make sure you aren't out-bidded or OUTPERFORMED. Job well done Dontees!

  A nice place for movie watchers, I didn't give it a full score because of two things which are frequently not working fine, first is the self service ticket machines and second is temperature control in the movie hall. During winter now I know to always carry my big jacket otherwise it always is cold in there, I have asked the staff a couple of times but seemingly they are unable to do it properly.
