  Love the efficiency of the maintenance at these apartments .You never have to wait long for a service around here .10/10 experience for me.

  I'm severely disappointed with the management and handling of my rights to being protected by HIPPA. While residing here, an employee in the leasing office recognized me from high school and chose to tell another individual about my current status within the terms of my lease. Yes, this woman told another person that is not associated with the company that I was being evicted because I was behind on my bills. My leasing office manager did not even give me the opportunity to express how health had taken me out of work for quite some time. Without any understanding nor compassion, I've been denied of renewing my lease here when I've been embarrassed to state my case due to the breech of information. Had I told the leasing office of my illness, this same woman would've told even more of my personal business. This has affected the quality of living for my family and I. Despite my efforts to resolve these matters through calls, emails, and attempted in-person visits, I have yet to see adequate action or resolution. The lack of responsiveness and accountability is unacceptable and demonstrates a disregard for resident's well-being and trust.
