  Lived here 2 yrs. Literally had to call the Code enforcement on them for a leak in my kitchen roof. Maintenance is lazy. Dog park is full of poop usually, and the poop stations were out of bags half the time. Leasing staff is constantly changing. They dont to pest control unless requested and even then, its just someone from Maintenance spraying store bought things. Started charging for a pool pass also and made a bunch of rules. The water is shared so u can never be home and still have a water bill. So happy to be moving out. Maintenance was my biggest pain in the butt. Literally moved in with a broken toilet, kitchen sink, and washer snd dryer.

  After relocating due to military orders, we received a bill with unexpected charges that I tried to have removed. After speaking with their team, they assured me an updated bill would be sent. Instead of sending me the final bill, they I sent it to a collection agency. Extremely poor management. And after explaining everything to them with screenshots they just stopped communicating with me stating that I’m no longer a resident, so they don’t have to talk to me anymore. On top of that, the roaches were everywhere, poor amenities, not enough parking and bad payment management. Do not recommend.

  2” cockroaches and non responsive when you go to front office. 3 trips to front office and they say the exterminator will take care of it. Well if they are taking care of it, then why are bugs still there. The house is spotless. Water is on the inside of the walls, and under the rugs causing the rugs to stay wet. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY

  Townhouses are terrible, floors weak, and drywall look like crap. Baseboards are cracked and look like trash. Also had a problem getting rid of bugs and I'm a very clean person. The complex is terrible, car broken into and people selling drugs around this area.
