  We had an outstanding experience working with Bic DeCaro & Associates—both over a decade ago and again this year! Bic was our first realtor and helped us buy our first home in 2011, so it meant a lot to work with her again when we were ready to buy our second home and sell our first. This time around was even better. Bic and her team were incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive, guiding us through every step of both the buying and selling process. We were actually out of the country while preparing to sell our home, and Bic and her team truly went above and beyond—handling details on our behalf and staying in constant communication with us throughout. They were always quick to respond, even during evenings and weekends, and in a field where timing matters, that made a huge difference. On the buying side, Bic’s experience and strategic guidance helped us put together a winning offer on a home that checked all the boxes for my wife and me. On the selling side, her team advised us on pricing, timing, and staging, and gave us clear recommendations on small repairs that would deliver the most value.
