I worked with Peter. He was helpful and knowledgeable. I changed my mind 20 different times but he always had a smile and was always patient with me. I couldn't have asked for better

I had a great experience working with Joel at Oakwood Homes! From the beginning, he was friendly, knowledgeable, patient (especially with my toddler), and extremely helpful. I came in with a lot of questions about manufactured homes, different floor plans, options, upgrades, and the overall process, and he took the time to walk me through everything without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. What I appreciated most was how honest and straightforward he was. If something was an option or something he needed to confirm, he explained that instead of just telling me what I wanted to hear. He also listened to the things that were important to me and helped me understand what may be possible with the home I’m considering. Buying a home is a huge decision, and having someone who is willing to answer questions and actually educate you about the process makes such a difference. I left feeling much more informed and confident about my next steps. I would definitely recommend asking for Joel if you’re considering a home through Oakwood Homes. Excellent customer service and a genuinely great experience!

Make sure you work with Joel. He has been on top of everything and has made the process smooth for us. He will shoot you straight and constantly update you on what he is working on. Everything we have wanted in our house he has made it happen along with going over the price of what it will cost.

My husband and I have been working with Jake the last few weeks and he has been so great to work with! As first time home buyers, it seems very intimidating. Those worried were lifted after our first visit, because he took the time to explain the entire process. While buying a home is a sales process, he was very personable, and I realized it is more than just a sale. It’s making sure the customers are satisfied and comfortable. He is very quick to respond to any questions we may have and thanks to him, we have found our dream home!
