  Olivia was great throughout the entire processing, from touring to move-in day!! Maintenance is quick with their response to work orders. Idk if this is an issue with every floor or just the first, but spiders and centipedes are seen frequently. I asked others who are also on the first floor and they seem to have the same issue.

  Although our time here at The Legends is coming to an end. My family and I have greatly enjoyed our time here. I want to give a shout out to Olivia, she has been an awesome go to person for any issues or concerns that we have had over the years. Also the maintenance team has been nothing short of amazing. They are quick to fix any issues that arise within our apartment. They all stop and speak to my wife and kids when they see them walking around the neighborhood. Such great friendly staff here! Unfortunately our family has outgrown our apartment and it is time for us to move on! Anytime anyone asks me about place to search this is my very first recommendation. Thank you guys so much for all you have done for us!

  I moved here in January and had the easiest experience with the leasing team. It’s super quiet here for the amount of units, and the leasing team is so responsive to any issues. I had issues with my water/sewage bill and Melina took the time to figure it all out for me and get me the right bill amount. This exact issue happened at the last place I lived in and the leasing agents just told me I had to deal with an unreasonably high bill. It feels so good to be treated with respect, and like a valued resident. Their kindness is unmatched!

  Olivia and Deron were fantastic!! They were extremely attentive, helpful, polite, and kind. Olivia is an amazing person. She promised us a brand-new apartment and truly delivered on her promise. Giving 5 stars is not enough… if I could, I would give 1000! Highly recommend! Thank you, Olivia and Deron, for all your hospitality and kindness. Oh… and they even have wonderful coffee!

  Olivia & Kennedy in the office have the friendliest, most welcoming personalities. Kennedy’s wonderful over the phone customer service persuaded us to tour the apartments, & Olivia’s helpfulness in taking the time to answer all of our questions persuaded us to sign a lease within hours of our tour. In the months that we have lived here, their friendliness & helpfulness has never changed, showing that they weren’t just trying to persuade us to sign a lease. They’re genuinely great people! The entire maintenance staff has also been amazing. They come within 24 business hours even if it’s not an urgent matter. They are always respectful in our apartment whether we are home or not. Darryl Smith has fixed some things for us multiple times, and he is very personable and takes the time to explain what the problem is and how he plans to fix it. Our only complaint with anything is the trash compactor occasionally getting jammed when people put things in it incorrectly, but when trash gets piled up, maintenance never lets it sit out for long before everything is fixed. We love the area, we love the apartment complex, & we love our apartment, but the staff here is what has persuaded us to extend our lease!
