  Miss Tabitha is wonderful in the office Had a problem with the first unit and they quickly move us to a second unit Had some problems with it and they came to fix it the only complaint is the maintenance team has horrible customer service had issues with 2 maintenance people having Attitude I put in my notes. The AC was not calling the room. I requested that one unit. The guy that came out was very rude. Didn’t even give me a Window unit for the bedroom where my one year-old baby is and my dog so sent out and dropped 300 bucks on my own until …… other then that they are aight if u need a place to live ……

  I drove by and the curb appeal made me stop. The pool is beautiful. The staff friendly and helpful. I want a 2 bed 2 bath, I hope I’m approved!

  Overall, this is a great community to live in. The property is generally well-maintained, and the atmosphere has been positive. That said, there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to communication and project management from the leasing office—especially with ongoing maintenance issues. For example, our AC has been an issue since May 2025, and clearer updates and more consistent follow-through would make a big difference, or at least put us at ease that it's taken care of. On a very positive note, Bradley on the maintenance team has been amazing. He is always kind, professional, and willing to take the time to explain what’s going on. He really stepped up during our AC situation to share insight and keep us informed, which made a frustrating experience much easier to navigate.
