- AAAJun 24, 20261.0** SAVE YOUR APOLOGIES,PEOPLE PAY TOO MUCH MONEY FOR THIS. DO BETTER** Been here for 2 months and really wish I chose somewhere else. So many maintenance issues to get fixed and maintenance takes weeks to come out after constantly calling and putting in tickets just to not even fully fix issues so you have to call and wait again. I'm not talking small maintenance repairs either. Water issues, major important appliances not working, toilet running, porch door not closing fully, the gym/club house smells moldy, maintenance calls not returned, they can't even keep up with the community amenities. Just a hot mess. Save your " give us a call " Breckenridge, I've been doing that already to no resolution. My advice to others, go elsewhere.
