  Westlake has been amazing since I walked through the model home doors! The customer service I experienced has been the best out of all my home purchasing experiences. They make the process easy and are really good with using digital platforms to keep home owners engaged from start to finish! I’m so excited and happy to be part of such an already wonderful community! Thank you Ryan Homes of Westlake team, specifically the awesome ones I’ve worked with, who went above and beyond to make this process super special for me and my daughter; Kendra, Victoria, David, and Jessica! 🙏🏽💛

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We can’t say enough good things about Kari and the experience we’ve had working with her throughout our home-building journey at Ryan Homes Westlake. From the very beginning, Kari has been incredibly personable, genuine, patient, and easy to talk to. What stands out most is how much she genuinely cares. She takes the time to listen to what we want, remembers the little details, and always makes us feel comfortable asking questions. Building a home comes with so many decisions and moving pieces, but Kari has made the process feel much smoother and less stressful. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and professional, but most importantly, she makes you feel like more than just another homebuyer. We truly feel that she has built a personal connection with us and genuinely wants the best for our family.   I am so excited to have purchased a home in the new Westlake Community! Even though the homes are not built yet, the model homes and vision for the neighborhood made me fall in love with it right away. The sales team was wonderful, making the entire process easy and enjoyable. I can't wait to watch this community grow and to make Westlake my new home!

  I visited the location and was very impressed with the customer service. The staff explained everything clearly and in detail, ensuring full transparency throughout the process. Unlike other dealers, they did not withhold any information or add unexpected charges at the last minute. I am planning to purchase a home here and would appreciate some additional services during my purchase, as I hope to customize a few features in my dream home. I am confident they will accommodate my requests.
