  On 2 separate occasions my service requests were closed and the work had not been done. They did not honor my ask of wearing shoe covers in my apt. The first request was to have a closet rod replaced that was missing. It has been replaced. However, it is lower in the closet that’s where the previous one was; reducing the length of the area to hang items. I’m not sure if the open tickets matter for some type of matrix or what have you. But they really should not be closing out requests if they were not completed. Additionally, taking care of residents spaces, honoring entry requests, should be a priority as well because they don’t know the reason for the ask.

  They flood you with pointless emails and dont maintain the grass. Reply to the owner: Then cut down on pointless emails and fix the grass. Further edit: They just want my name and they dont plan on fixing anything.

  Clean and well kept up, the older apartments with all the bridges and walkways is a nice vibe and the changes in elevations.

  Very clean very private. The leasing agents understood me and they actually listen to me. Bianca my leasing agent was amazing I definitely recommend her to anyone. Thank You

  The staff here is awesome. Brittany, DeAna, and Bianca have been very understanding and accommodating over the past yep years that I have lived here. Always greeted with smiles and positivity. Would choose the Residences at Belmont if I ever move back to the area in the future.
