  We had a challenging scenario of buying a lot in town, figuring out septic vs public hook-ups, picking out a Clayton home, and *most importantly* staying within a very tight budget. Jeff Bates was great- always patient, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We truly appreciated all of his efforts on our behalf.

  Jeff was great!!! Handsome!!! (He said to say that lol) great attitude, great houses omg!!!! Thr house are affordable and beautiful. Ask for Jeff, he's the best is the west.

  I purchased my modular home exactly a year ago, and from the very start, Layla Zahabi was there to help. She was the sweetest, kindest, most attentive, and professional sales rep I could have asked for. What started as a business relationship quickly became like family. From day one, she answered every question with patience and care. Even months after I closed on the house, when I ran into an issue with my septic system, I reached out to her, and she got someone out the next day to check it. Luckily, it wasn’t a major issue, but even so, she acted quickly and efficiently, showing just how committed she was. Even after closing, she stayed in touch, making sure I was always supported. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone—she takes her time, never rushes you, and truly treats you like family from start to finish.

  We are almost at closing, but Jeff has gone above and beyond to help us. This manufactured home means more to us than just a physical home; this manufactured home means a last chance for my family to be together again.
