  This is a terrible apartment, and I can no longer live here. There are frequent water outages, and there has been no hot water in the winter. The air conditioning has never been properly repaired. The indoor temperature has now reached 84 to 90 degrees, making it impossible to sleep. The neighbors are extremely inconsiderate and noisy. Every day, starting around 7 a.m., there is loud talking and noise in the hallway. This has happened repeatedly, and even at midnight there is still noise in the hallway. In addition, cleaning staff begin vacuuming in the hallway around 7 :30am, which is very disruptive. I have reported these issues to the lease office multiple times, but they have failed to resolve any of them. My service requests are also being deliberately closed without action. I have requested to break my lease, but they have not responded to my emails. They are also charging two months of lease termination fees, which is unreasonable because the property is simply not habitable. I strongly recommend that everyone keep records of evidence, report these issues to the relevant authorities, and consider legal action.

  This apartment is absolutely terrible. I moved into a new unit, and during the first month there was no hot water at all. For six months, the air conditioning system has not worked properly. Recently, when the weather got hot, the indoor temperature reached 88 degrees. I submitted many maintenance requests, but no one came to fix anything. They simply closed my tickets. On top of that, my neighbors make loud noise and talk in front of the door early every morning, so I cannot rest properly. The leasing office does not care at all. I tried to discuss an early move-out with them, but they completely ignored my request. This new management team is even worse than the previous one. At least the old management would respond to emails, but this one ignores them completely. Living in this apartment feels like living in hell.

  The place stink so bad you see big rats running up and down the basement with garbage people stored there and the people are so nasty they need to be kicked out for not taking care of the place they live the elevator smells bad and old and every time you receive a email about the water being turned off to be worked on and people have things they need to get done and a lot of cockroaches I do not recommend there and The maintenance isn’t good if there’s a problem in the apartment, it would take up to weeks for them to come to resolve it

  Great property management! Very professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They keep everything well-maintained and handle issues quickly. Highly recommend!

  I had a terrible experience living at Jefferson Apartments. Management has very poor communication and never follows through. Maintenance is extremely delayed—I called multiple times, was promised service in 2–3 days, and no one ever showed up. No proper inspections were done. Living conditions are bad: frequent water outages, broken things, trash everywhere, and a strong smell. There’s no proper trash system. Inside, we had mice and bugs, and no one fixed it despite many complaints. The staff is very disrespectful and unprofessional. Safety is also a concern—there are people using and selling drugs, and there’s no security. Parking is a nightmare—no spaces at night, and you risk getting towed. Overall, not clean, not safe, and not worth the money. I do not recommend this place.
