  I've lived at Merrill House since September 2024 and have really enjoyed it. It's an older building which means that the units are large, the walls and floors are solid so I never hear the people around me, and the prices are some of the most affordable in the city. I especially appreciate the staff here - Ricardo is the maintenance guy and is usually able to resolve problems within the same day. Oliver is the head of the leasing office and an absolute delight. I have also met the new leasing office staff person (I think Kayla) who has been helpful since her first day. They all have friendly attitudes and are happy to help! Despite being an older building, Ricardo and the team have been making improvements to the place, including the lovely lobby. It is very safe and family friendly, and as a young person, I enjoy being in a building that is intergenerational. On occasion, there have been small bugs in the unit, but the office and Ricardo are helpful when it comes to troubleshooting - and that's sometimes standard in an apartment building. Overall I am very happy to live here.

  Walked in without an appointment to retour with my wife and there were cockroaches on the lobby walls. We didn't even bother knocking on the office door, which appeared locked anyways.
