  the air conditiioning HVAC is constantly breaking or getting serviced like 5 times a month during the hottest months of july and August also HVAC systems are old and full of dangerous mold.

  ⭐ 1-Star Review — Serious Maintenance and Management Problems I strongly recommend that anyone considering renting here think twice and thoroughly inspect the apartment before signing a lease. My experience has been extremely frustrating. There have been persistent insect/pest problems, very unpleasant odors, plumbing issues involving pipes bursting and leaking, and serious problems with the air conditioning system. The AC has not been functioning properly and has accumulated a significant amount of dust. The overall air quality inside the apartment has also been a major concern. What is even more disappointing is the lack of an effective response from management. These issues have been brought to the attention of the property management team, including the property manager and regional manager, yet the problems have not been adequately resolved. The maintenance service has also been very disappointing. In my experience, some repairs have not been properly addressed, and problems continue to come back. When you are paying rent, you should be able to expect a clean, safe, and properly maintained apartment—not an ongoing list of unresolved maintenance problems. The combination of pest issues, foul odors, leaking/bursting pipes, a malfunctioning and dusty AC system, and concerns about indoor air quality is unacceptable. These are not minor cosmetic issues; they directly affect the comfort and quality of living for residents. The most frustrating part is feeling like residents have to repeatedly report the same problems without receiving a lasting solution. Management needs to take responsibility, properly investigate the underlying causes, and make sure repairs are completed correctly rather than simply addressing symptoms temporarily. I would not recommend this property based on my experience. Prospective tenants should ask detailed questions about maintenance, pest control, plumbing, AC, and air-quality issues before committing to a lease.

  Merrill House going downhill. Worst ever leasing office staff. Unprofessional, untrustworthy and who cares attitude. Oliver and Loren who were there when we moved in were the best we miss them, they kept to their word and made our lives comfortable and there was a sense of community, but now it feels that the place is just another Motel.

  I had a signed lease for move-in only to find out the evening before that the apartment was not ready. I was not given an explanation as to why nor was a permitted to see it. The leasing office gave me little options. I now have 3 days to find another place to live as I have to vacate my current residence. This is an absolute nightmare!
