  The Townes at County Center has had Legum and Norman since 2019. I closed on my new KHovanian home in 12/2020 so roughly 5.5 years ago. They are absolutely horrible! Inaccurate financials, over charging of fees to include Schedule A fees and other charges for random things that were never included in our contract: They did a poor job of overseeing contracts, and repeatedly over payed vendors and contractors because they would click to pay instead of paying attention to realize they had already paid them. The BOD tried dozens and dozens of times to resolve a laundry list of errors with them to no avail. They will nickel and dime you until you have nothing left. They promised to return monies where they overcharged us for attorneys fees, and other charges but to date have still not delivered. They will lie directly to your face as if you’re a fool. There are much better companies out there and I suggest your BOD does their research and finds a better company. Find a company that has integrity, will admit when they make a mistake, will fight for your best interests and will honor their word. There are some still some good management companies out there. Thankfully we are transitioning to a new management company.

  In the past, we haven’t had the best experiences navigating HOA processes, but that completely changed the moment we started working with Marsha Owens. From the second she took on our in-unit modification request, she was on top of every single detail. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process, knew exactly what information was required, and even coordinated directly with contractors to gather additional expert opinions to ensure everything was done right. Even while dealing with being sick and preparing for vacation, she worked tirelessly to keep things moving and executed the whole process smoothly. Marsha was deeply understanding of our personal circumstances and made our approval completely seamless. She is exceptionally dedicated, kind, and a true asset to our community!

  Legnum & Norman took over management of my community in the past year. I had some minor issues with losing pool access in the transition that Keith, the property manager helped me to resolve by confirming residency and helping me access the pool again before the pool season closes. I will always look for Keith in the office to help knowing he will provide assistance by listening to the problems and quickly but patiently finding a solution. Thank you Keith! We’ll be swimming later 🏊🏾

  Marsha Owens was remarkably communicative and attentive throughout a time-sensitive situation. Even when definitive answers weren't immediately available, she provided proactive updates to ensure we were always informed and kept top-of-mind.
