While the building is older and naturally comes with its share of maintenance issues, Shawn and his team consistently go above and beyond to address every complaint and repair in a timely and professional manner. They’re always friendly, courteous, and genuinely care about helping the residents. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and their positive attitude makes a big difference. I would like to recognize the outstanding service and professionalism provided by Park Place Condominium Management.
I recently had an issue with my sliding glass door and reached out for guidance. Shawn was extremely helpful and responsive. He took the time to provide detailed information, including the door parts diagrams, which allowed me to better understand how the door was designed and how to properly maintain it.
Because of his assistance, I was able to identify the correct maintenance procedure, properly lubricate the rollers, and restore my sliding door to working like new—without the need for an unnecessary expensive repair.
What impressed me most was the willingness to help, the quick response, and the level of knowledge and professionalism shown by Park Place Condominium Management. Their efficiency, customer service, and commitment to assisting residents are greatly appreciated.

This company is the worst HOA management company you will find. They have and will lie, distort the truth and hide what they are doing. You can’t get answers and if you want to review documents that should belong to the residents they will charge a fee for an in-person visit. In my situation they haven’t updated the website with minutes for over a year. If you ask them their answer is they aren’t responsible for that, but they are responsible for all the contracts for the community. Of course they are in cahoots with a board that hasn’t been elected. If you are searching for a HOA management company I would highly recommend you choose someone else. By the way if I could give them a negative number I would.
As a resident at Westview South Community, I appreciate the great job Michelle does as a manager. She is professional, responsive, and always helpful when needed. Her dedication helps keep the community running smoothly and makes it a great place to live.

This is the worst community association and its representative I have ever encountered having dealt with many many associations through my properties. The community manager for Potowmack Crossing is not only always rude and hard to deal with but during the current issue she actually reacted like a two year old. She left a message for me to call her and when I did and before I could get one sentence in, she started repeating one sentence non-stop to where I had to eventually scream at her to stop so we could talk. She still wouldn't so I eventually hung up. I informed upper management of the conversation and this morning she sent an email totally misrepresenting our conversation. No - actually lied. I will again try to discuss with management but this employee deserved to be fired - not just for this interaction but for all I have dealt with in the last three years. This is an association you DO NOT want to get involved with. As an owner of one of the units in this condominium, I will probably be losing my current tenants. As soon as they leave I will be selling the unit.
