  Good morning. Mr Keith Joseph and Ms. Sofie Niang are the most efficient and efficient staff members at the Bowie office I have ever met. They went out of their way to assist me with my concerns. I will be forever grateful to them. They are a wonderful asset to this organization and deserve me writing this review to honor them. Thank you so much.

  I want to take the time to recognize Manfred Morseray, the property manager at Stonecroft Condominiums in Fairfax Virginia. I have been an owner here since 2022 and there was a lot of management transition during that time. Between multiple managers and the temp replacements, the community suffered. However, since Manfred has joined the community has turned around. He is on top of all open projects/issues and has been utilizing his network of contractors and engaging Marsha and the rest of the back office to bring a level of professionalism and quality to this job that I have not seen in the four years I have been a resident. He is very committed to the community and his role. You can tell from how he engages the community that he really cares about what he is doing, and how his efforts are being received. I hope Manfred chooses to stay on here with us!

  Recently I called looking for help with what was an urgent and (for me) complicated administrative task…Ms. Rohnin answered the phone and within seconds grasped what I needed to have done and in minutes set in motion what I and my real estate agent had struggled for hours trying to get done. She was amazingly knowledgeable, proficient, and professional. I am grateful for her skills and beyond that her friendly “can do” attitude. Thank you, Rohnin!

  Legum & Norman is fantastic and has been so responsive to a noise problem I’ve had for almost three years, coming from inside a water closet on the outside of my end unit. While the previous property management company did nothing to fix the problem, Legum & Norman responded immediately, calling on AMTEK to come assess the problem. Bart from AMTEK found the problem (a faulty valve) in less than ten minutes and said this could be fixed very soon. He was kind, professional, and listened to my concerns. So a big shout out to AMTEK as well. I am very impressed with Legum &Norman, especially Princess, Stephanie (who did a ton of legwork to clear the path and approve the visit), and Althea (who was absolutely wonderful to deal with and was very accommodating and persistent in pushing this through). They are a great team and, together with AMTEK, were able to take a 3-year noise issue that nobody else cared enough to deal with, and put it on the path to getting fixed - with professionalism, reassurance and a smile on their face. Great job, and thank you!!

  My experience with Legum & Norman has been extremely disappointing. It took 15 months to set up my HOA account, even after I provided all required documents. After finally creating my account, they charged me for fees I had already paid and added late fees caused by their own delay. I made repeated attempts to resolve the issue, but received no meaningful response from my account manager, Andrea Wyant. Now they are attempting to send a disputed and unverified balance to collections without properly addressing my concerns. This level of poor communication and mismanagement is unacceptable.
