  Gary is an absolutely outstanding realtor! I really cannot say enough good things about him. He is a patient, personable, caring professional, who maintains constant contact with his clients throughout the sales process. Gary’s wealth of experience with the Northern Virginia market is absolutely invaluable. It allows him to work closely with his sellers to get their home ready and priced competitively for the market. In its first forty-eight hours on the market, our house received multiple offers, and we accepted a contract above asking price by the third day. Meanwhile, two other houses for sale on our street stayed on the market for months. That alone says a lot. Thank you, Gary!
