  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Gainsborough Court Apartments. From the moment you move in, it feels less like a home and more like being managed under strict, overwhelming control. The rules are excessive and constant—do this, don’t do that, everything has to be exactly their way. It creates unnecessary stress and makes it very uncomfortable to live here. Instead of feeling welcomed, you feel restricted. There’s no flexibility, and it honestly feels like you’re being monitored all the time. It’s not a place where you can relax or feel at ease in your own home. The only positive part of my experience was Ms. Rachel. She is truly a wonderful person who helped us a lot during the move-in process and was kind and supportive throughout. Without her, the experience would have been even worse. Unfortunately, because of the strict and frustrating rules, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. If you’re looking for a comfortable and peaceful living environment, this is not it.

  Extremely disappointed with Gainsborough Court Apartments. We were denied housing not because of income, credit, or rental history but because my family who will be living with me are undocumented. To be clear, I am not undocumented; the issue was with my mother and brothers wife who are undocumented. We came prepared and ready to secure a home, only to be made to feel like we weren’t worthy of basic housing simply because of who lives in our household. Families are trying to live, work, and build stability, and instead of compassion or fairness, we were met with cold discrimination. This experience felt unfair, discouraging, and honestly upsetting. I would not recommend if you’re looking for a place that treats families with understanding and fairness.

  I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the current situation in our complex. After working an 18-hour shift, I returned home to find that the parking space I personally cleared earlier had been taken by someone else. At this moment, all parking spots are completely full, and I have been searching for parking for over an hour. Right now, I am still sitting in my car because I cannot find a single available parking space. There is nowhere to park, and the roads and parking areas are covered in ice and have not been properly cleaned or treated. This is not just an inconvenience — it is a serious safety issue. The lack of proper snow and ice removal, combined with poor parking management, is unacceptable. Residents should not be left stuck in their vehicles late at night after long work hours due to conditions that are the responsibility of property management. I expect immediate action to address the snow and ice removal and to prevent situations like this from happening again. This matter requires urgent attention. Please treat this issue with the seriousness it deserves.

  My boyfriend and I recently toured at the property with Rachel. We had a great experience and she was very knowledgeable. We decided not to move forward due to the price and the layout space just wasn’t right for us. We also didn’t like how far away the dumpsters were and the mailboxes being at the very front of the community but overall had a great experience.
